Vinyl Honey and DJ Epik sat down with “Creativity in the Capital” co-host Nick Brunner for a live podcast recording before treating guests to a dual set at Legend Has It.

Vinyl Honey and DJ Epik are both resident DJs at the hi-fi bar in Downtown Sacramento, and are known for spinning vinyl records. They both subscribe to a principle of “edutainment” and feel it is important to take listeners into musical realms through which they might not usually venture.
Fans can find Vinyl Honey at Sophia’s Thai Kitchen in Davis for the recurring “Sac Foo’s Night,” or at “Boogie Nights” hosted by Darling Aviary in Downtown Sacramento. DJ Epik regularly spins at LowBrau. Both DJs also stream on the streaming platform Twitch.
