Oleksandr, your story is truly inspiring. Can you tell us how your transformation journey began?
Thank you, Sergey. It all started when I realized that no one but me would take responsibility for my health and future. I was 40 kg (88 lbs) overweight, constantly low on energy, and I knew it was time for change. I set a clear goal and committed to a strict workout and nutrition plan. Over time, not only did my body change — my mindset did too. I didn’t just build a physique — I built a new “me” and a new future.

This isn’t just a course — it’s a new beginning for the best version of yourself.

And being involved in civic life is my way of giving back. Supporting cultural, educational, and charitable initiatives makes me feel like I’m contributing to something meaningful. In the end, it’s all about making an impact.

My family is my foundation. My wife and daughter keep me grounded and remind me what truly matters. I prioritize and plan my time carefully. That gives me the energy and clarity to thrive in all other areas of life.

It all starts with discipline and clarity of purpose. Define your vision and move toward it daily. Be authentic — people gravitate toward those who are real. And most importantly, help others.
